At The Rooster we embrace local artisans from the Cyclades, as all of our nutritious ingredients come from farm-produced crops, island fishermen, Greek olive trees, our own home-grown fruits and vegetables hand picked daily from our farm.

Last but not least we are in the process of creating the perfect sunset hideaway among our landscapes’ sand dunes, where our guests will have their own cuddle puddle.
Our tailor made wooden “tipi” will serve the true enjoyment of the perfect privacy among natures’ majestic quietness, surrounded by endless colourful pallets of the sky.
